CRM for Outlook will not connect using Office 365 RRS feed

  • It seems like there were many threads regarding CRM4O connection issues. I did not locate one that discussed the problem we are having. When we install a fresh copy of the latest CRM4O plugin on Win 7 Pro, Office 2013 Pro (x64) it will not connect. I select the CRM Online as the server, it accepts the admin creds but keeps throwing this error:

    There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. The server might be unavailable. Try again later... etc...

    I have no trouble accessing CRM via IE.  The *.crm.dynamics.com URL is a trusted site.  What could be the issue?

  • ther is no issue:

    1. install outlook dynamics 2013

    2.open configuration wizard choose online.

    3. enter username and password.

    use *.crm5.dynamics.com instate of  *.crm.dynamics.com
