Hello Everyone,
In our project, by default Microsoft CRM is synced with the Microsoft Office Communicator and it displays the user availability status using Red/Green active/inactive dots beside the user name.
We have a requirement where we need to disable this synchronization between Microsoft CRM and Communicator, such that even if the Communicator is running on user's machine, the CRM should not fetch any user availability status and display.
Can anyone help me with this? Is it a generic configuration that the CRM Admin can do? Or is there any setting which we have to do during CRM installation?
