Cannot cancel Online Photo Backup subscription RRS feed

  • I subscribed to the Online Photo Backup scheme and found that it does not work well enough for me. I have therefore tried to contact billing support to cancel it (within the 30 days), using the contact FAQ method described elsewhere. However, when I click to send the cancel message I get the following error:

    We apologize for the inconvenience. There was an error in the submission. Please try again later.
     
    I have tried several times over the last two days with the same result. How else can I cancel this subscription?

  • mkmike, please email me at sboots@mvps.org with "OneCare Photo Backup" in the subject and a link to this thread in your message body. Also tell me what country you are in. Don't send me any account information. I will simply hook you up with support.
