  after the initial download,and went thru a couple of the run now,troubleshooters,i looked on the report listed and it atates that windows firewall is not my default setting?,also says user account (VAC)IS DISABLED?,AND DATA EXECUTION (DEV)IS DISABLED?SAYS ITS BEEN CHECKED,BUT DOES THAT MEAN IT IS FIXED NOW??NEW TO THIS.

  ALSO WHEN I WENT TO RUN THE INSTALL AND UNISTALL TROUBLESHOOTER,I WANTED TO UNISTALL MY"TURBOR lISTER"PROGRAM,SAID IT WAS RUNNING IT,TOOK FOREVER,AND THEN FROOZE,ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED,AND PLEASE EXPLAIN TO A DUMMIE,LOL
