    I am having difficult adding Live One Care to another computer. I downloaded a trial period program onto the computer. Live One will not accept my email address.

    Hello Craig, you are most likely using an incorrect Live ID. Go to the computer One Care is already activated on, open One Care>Help>About Windows Live One Care and you will see the Live ID associated with your subscription.
