  • Question

  • Hi, I have run the MGADT and below are the results. When the message first apeared it ran a check on my system and said the Product Key was registered for a large Oragnization. I guess you could call the UN that, but the messages still keep coming even it has said that it is genuine in the MGADT.

    Please advise

    Hello Declanz,

    Here is a snippet of your mgadiag report:

    OGA Data-->
    Office Status: 114 Blocked VLK 2
    Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 - 114 Blocked VLK 2
    Microsoft Office Visio Professional 2003 - 100 Genuine

    The volume licensing installation of Office Professional 2003 currently on your computer was done with a widely pirated and now blocked Volume Licensing Key.

    If your use of Microsoft Office on this computer is in association with a larger organization that would be using Volume Licensing software, please contact your IT support staff for further information.  It's likely that the nongenuine product key was inadvertently applied to this Office installation and that the IT staff would want to change it back to the organization's Genuine product key at the earliest opportunity.
