    Hi Jules1122,  I just checked Tbot...Tbot is online.  See the picture below.  Would you mind re-signing in?

    Hi Takako...i have tried to sign in and out multiple times....and is showing offline.....last night when i closed the computer was working fine....this morning .....nothing....

    I show Tbot as active as well (it's responsive).  Are you behind a firewall that might be blocking it?
