OCS Proxy and MCM installation RRS feed

    As a part of the OCS installtion and integration with Nortel CS1000 , I have already installed OCS FE and Mediation servers.

    I ran into a problem while installing the OCS Proxy server. I ran the following command :

    C:\Office Communications Server_Eval\setup\amd64>lcscmd /server /Action:activate
     /role:proxy /password:test

    and the HTML file shows the following error :

    I am trying to locate documentation regarding this error but can not find any yet. Any help on this will be great.

    Are you using the RTM or R2 version of OCS? the R2 version is not yet supported in this scenario as far as I know.
    Did you install the proxy before the activation? To install the proxy: MsiExec.exe /i Server.msi SERVER={SE|EE|AP|PROXY} SKU={SE|EE} [Optional Msiexec.exe Parameters] http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb905885.aspx
