Out of box duplicate detection is not firing consistently? RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have a duplicate detection rule setup on contact entity. The duplicate detection rule is not firing consistently when iam creating a new contact. some times duplicate contacts are getting created in to CRM. Can any one tell me what could be the problem. Any suggestions are welcome.
