  Hi,

  Im using vb.net

  My questions are

  1. Want to make a voice call

  2. After connecting play a recorded wav file

  3. want to use the mobile sim to make a call

  4. what type of modem required

  5. any samples?

  Did you know that these things are possible from all kind of devices not only a desktop and then from all kind of types of applications, without knowing that it is impossible. 

  Also you need to tell what kind of telephone provider is used.

  However, mainly this question is much to broad. It is like asking:

  I want to go to broadstreet and then not telling where you want to start.
