i downloaded live one care for 90 days well it has shut down with 11 days left. to me that is a rip off 90 days means 90 days so to me maybe i should try an other company that there word means something

Did OneCare turn red, urging you to subscribe, or did it actually report that your trial period had ended?

Thanks for the clarification. I don't know why it would go to lockdown early. For reference, there is still a grace period of protection for on access, but signatures would stop updating and, as you found, you can't configure or perform any manual tasks when it expires.

Hello Donald, there several possible reasons why your trial did not run for the full 90 days such as an incorrect computer date and time, using System Restore or uninstalling and reinstalling the trial. If you uninstall and reinstall the One Care trial you will get 14 more days of use.

yes one care showed red. and would not not let me do nothing period no scan nothing all it done when i tryied to scan was pop up with a scribe window so i tryed everything and now i have avast as i do not want operated with out protecton.
