  • Did OneCare turn red, urging you to subscribe, or did it actually report that your trial period had ended?

  • Thanks for the clarification. I don't know why it would go to lockdown early. For reference, there is still a grace period of protection for on access, but signatures would stop updating and, as you found, you can't configure or perform any manual tasks when it expires.

  • Hello Donald, there several possible reasons why your trial did not run for the full 90 days such as an incorrect computer date and time, using System Restore or uninstalling and reinstalling the trial. If you uninstall and reinstall the One Care trial you will get 14 more days of use.

all i know is this i really like live one care i was planning on buying it even my gf is trying it. but when i shut down it shut down it would not allow me to do nothing and i mean NOTHING. so that is why i am trying other programs to see if they can compare to it.it is a shame as i have 2 pc's 1 laptop and the gf has 1 pc and im planning on buy a new laptop to travel with me in my new bussiness but with this program stutting down im worried that when i might need it it shuts down and thats no good.
