WLOC monthly report expiration RRS feed

  • Question

  • When I first get on the computer and windows live one care opens, a message says that my subscription has ended. When i view the monthly report the date beside the subscription bar says 10/10/2009 (which i did buy the product in october of last year). What can i do? when i try to contact customer support, i have to enter my windows ID and it says it cannot find my subscription...

  • To view the Live ID associated with your subscription open One Care >Help>About Windows Live One Care. To troubleshoot the subscription issue check your computer date and time. If the date and time are set correctly sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com using the Live ID and password associated with your One Care subscription. If your subscription end date appears to be correct at billing but incorrect in One Care please contact support. • ok i went onto billing.microsoft.com and i understand... i had WLOC through the program microsoft equipt which to my understanding has been discontinued, but does that mean that my live one care subscription should be also cancelled? I guess that would make sense but i was just double checking.

  • If One Care was part of your Equipt account it would be cancelled as well.
