Access denied errors all files also error creating folder

  Running win 10 pro SyncToy 2. Have USB 1TB Hd connected that contains previous copy of data.

  Created a new folder pair c:\users\owner and I:\users\owner

  Synctoy goes through the analysis stage and then creates a result page that has everything in the failed column.

  Error message is access denied.

  In windows explorer when I copied some files C: to I: it asked for admin privileges then worked ok.
