  • I have created optionSet field named "Type" values "1" and "2" in Lead entity. When I click on Qualify button if optionSet value is "1" then default workflow execute if optionSet value is "2" then custom workflow execute. Is it possible?

  • Hello,

    I would highly recommend using a ribbon button instead of a form button, to avoid cross-browser possible issues.

  • Hi Aamir,

    Please create a html web resource and add following code to it.

    <html><head>
        <meta charset="utf-8">
        <title></title>
        <style type="text/css">
            #Button1 {
                width: 167px;
            }
        </style>

    </head><body style="width: 134px;">
        <p>
            <input id="SaveCall" onclick="parent.createPhonecall()" value="Save Phonecall" type="button"></p>
    </body></html>

    Now in customization open entity form in design mode and click INSERT and Then click WEB RESOURCE. Select the above web resource and give it a name and label. on Formatting tab make No of Row = 2, Scrolling = Never and unselect Border. Click OK.

    Now create a function onLoad of form as under:-

    function createPhonecall(){

    alert("Phonecall Create");

    }

    Publish Customization. Open the form you will see the button, now click it you will get above alert. Now you can change you function to meet you requirements. If you are sucessful then please mark your question as answered.

    Regards Faisal
