Back Up Wants To Go To Wrong Drive RRS feed

    I just renewed my subcription and Live OneCare came in with a new screen.  NOW....when I try to back up my system to an external hard drive I get an error message that it wants to back up to a different drive that is not connected. 

    In this case I want to backup to f:\ which is my external hard drive AND the one set for the backup within OneCare but it wants to go to j:\ and says that it is not connected.  I have no idea about j:\ and have never used it before.  They are right, it is not connected.  Can anyone tell me how to configure this contraption to go to the right drive?  It has been working great for a year and up to the time I renewed.

  • Open One Care, select Change Settings, select Backup, select Configure Backup, select Change Settings, under Backup Plan For All PCs select Change Location.
