Office 2013 license not accepted anymore after upgrade to Windows 10

  Hi,

  I just upgraded to Windows 10. After reinstalling Office Pro Plus 2013 I entered my product key that was always working fine on the same computer having Windows 8.1

  So I start Outlook, get asked that I should activate. When trying to activate online I get the message that the activation was not successful. I get forwarded to

  http://www.microsoft.com/de-DE/howtotell/geoinfo.aspx?LCID=1031&MSG=4&PID=02257-22016-20687-AA240&ErrorCode=0xc004c003. Basically it's telling me office is only available for certain regions???

  I then also entered my product key online in my office account. Here I also get the message that the key is not valid.

  But before the upgrade I used this key and my Office on 8.1 was not complaining about it.

  What can I do? Is it an upgrade problem?
