  • Dear Tonny "Anthony" Schon,

I am unsure what question you are asking. If you are asking whether you are eligible for the Buy Local promotion for your operating system, the answer would be "no" as you are a) running Windows XP and b) running a Volume License version of XP.

If you are wondering whether you will be eligible for the promotion for your version of Microsoft Office, I cannot tell without Office being installed and validated. However, since the promotion is intended for versions installed by the system builder prior to purchase of the machine, it is unlikely your copy will be eligible.

Please let me know if you have additional questions or comments.

    Thank you,
