.wav files and IMAP Idle RRS feed

  • Question

  • Is there ever going to be an upgrade to Windows Mobile Media Player to allow .wav files to be played? Most new company Voicemail systems can send a .wav file as an attachment so the user can listen to the message on his/her smart phone. Right now the only way to do this on WM is to use a third party player and change file associations. The iPhone and Blackberry can do this without any changes. Come on .wav is a windows format how come it can't play .wav files.

Any chance of IMAP Idle being supported in pOutlook? I like mobile outlook and don't want to have to use a third party program to use IMAP Idle.

  • I would be interested in seeing IMAP IDLE function in pocket outlook as well.  I'm using my first windows mobile device and am coming from a blackberry.  I love what my phone can do but I miss the push email.
