MORE ACTIONS on grid view, can it be rendered useless? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi Customization Experts,

May I know from you whether can the MORE ACTIONS on the CRM application, example on MARKETING -> Marketing List, on top located at the grid view have  toolbar with NEW, a separator, PRINT etc. On this same tool bar, the Create Quick Campaign and More Actions are also located.

Can this be customized not to be usable? E.g. when clicking on the More Action, it can display the item list but you cannot click anything from the item list (menu list) like ACTIVATE or DEACTIVATE.

Hope the CRM experts can give me an answer to my question.

    Thank you.

    Hi Tiaan,

Thank you very much for your reply.

I had visited your blog and seen the javascript code. By using the script, does the items (Popup menu list) from the More Actions become unusable? What I mean is the Pop up menu that appears when clicking More Actions are still there but the menus cannot be clickable or it was "disabled". The resulting popup menu are there but cannot  be click on the menu option list but it disappears immediately once the mouse is over.
