How many sales person can access CRM 2011 at the same time through same user name and password through IFD. RRS feed

    Since We have deployed our CRM 2011 on Internet through ADFS configuration. And for testing purpose we have share 1 login with 3 Sales Person and asked them to Enter their own data in the CRM.

    As of now our prirority is to feed each and every data in CRM ..once we see the CRM is helping us ,ll provide separate license for every sales user.

    Since 3 of them is using the same login credential to access CRM. Could you please let us know can all of them login in system at the same time

    Hi,

    Yes using one login credential all 3 sales person can access crm same time.

    But the drawback is the latest updation of the record only will be saved by any salesperson.

    Thanks Surya for your quick answer.

    While talking to Sale User got to know  they are getting error of  " User Name or Password is Incorrect" while logging in application..but after some times it works fine. This happened 4 time since yesterday.

    It is like automatic their account get locked and after some times released as well

    What could be the problem.
