How to change full name of contact or user in MSCRM

  Hello,

  Yes, to do that you should just update one of Firstname, Lastname or Middlename fields. Based on the format that is used in your CRM fullname would be updated.

  If you meant the format, i.e instead of it being displayed as First Name Last Name, you want it displayed as Last Name, First Name, that can be done too.

  Edit the System Setting --> General --> Set FullName Format

  Yes, You can change the full name of contact or user from CRM.

  You can set the full name format from System Settings => General.
