How to send and receive string messages from visual studio C to bluetooth enabled microcontroller(blue gecko BG 13P22) via bluetooth RRS feed

    I am trying to send <g class="gr_ gr_55 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling only-del replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="55" id="55"><g class="gr_ gr_33 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_disable_anim_appear ContextualSpelling ins-del" data-gr-id="33" id="33">a a</g> string</g> from my laptop using visual studio to a <g class="gr_ gr_62 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="62" id="62">bluetooth</g> enabled microcontroller(blue gecko BG 13P22) via <g class="gr_ gr_264 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="264" id="264">bluetooth</g> to make a <g class="gr_ gr_93 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="93" id="93">bluetooth</g> mesh.
