Login screen can't let me in RRS feed

    Hi all,

    This one is kinda urgent.

    I turned on my computer (Win.8) and I got this blue screen witout the login line,

    but with the shut-down button and the language button...

    I can't get to my computer and I already tried the Win.8 and the win.7 cds.

    What can I do?
