Hotmail not opening in mobile

  Hello

  How are you?

  I have created hotmail account. But when I am trying to login through mobile it is taking too much time. But when I am trying to send to my other email it is going to draft :( could anyone guide me about is there any hotmail app so that I can get notification when someone email me.
