  • Mike69,

Go to http://servicesales.sel.sony.com/web/index.jsp and insert your Sony's model number into the search box in the upper right.  It will give you a page that will list the availability and price of the recovery kit for your computer.

That page works for shipments to the USA.  If outside the USA, start from your country's page at www.sony.com and go from there.

    Good luck!

  • I have the same problem-but I have a Gateway computer and I can't find the  Windows XP CD.  Is there a site for me.

    Thank you.

  • Lorworld,

Why not open up a chat session with a Gateway support rep and ask if they have one they can sell you?  http://support.gateway.com/support/contact/chat.shtml
