Firewall support log RRS feed

    When viewing a detailed firewall support log, I discovered that Windows Live one care failed to scan a few files during the last tune-up. How exactly can I identify which files the software did not scan?

  • I've moved your post to the Tune-up topic folder.

    Open OneCare, click on change settings, logging tab, Create Support log. A report will open in your web browser.

    Note that it isn't the firewall, but the virus scanning that does not scan files that are in use. That is normal behavior.
