    I'm having problem registering my copy of One Care. It ask for a token or a 12 or 15 letter registration number. What the heck are they talking about and where is it???

    If you are activating a new subscription and you have a retail CD, the token or retail product key is located on a yellow/orange sticker on the back of the CD holder inside the case.
