Trouble with Windows Updates RRS feed

    I have been having trouble installing the updates for Windows. I have verified that my copy is genuine, and I'm using XP. My diagnostic info is at the end of this message. When I try to download/install an update it fails, and when I try to see why it failed it won't let me open the information box on my update history. I have already made sure that popups are allowed.


    Any help would be great!
