Quick Campaign emails in pending status CRM 2013 spring update RRS feed

  • We are using CRM 2013 spring rollup and service rollup 1 and our quick campaign emails never get sent. They are always stuck in pending status.  We use office 365 and our CRM is online.

    If we send emails from Outlook they are sent but not from quick campaigns.

    Any ideas?

  • could you please check if it is a permission issue? Check if the owner if the activity or the user who sends email is appoved to send emails?
