    For some reason, Minecraft uses negative Y coordinates when moving up on the vertical scale (North)

    It drives me crazy, and I think makes teaching children about the 3D Coordinates offered in Bedrock Minecraft (if you turn on the option) or Java Minecraft (if you press F3) more difficult.

    But they don't seem to mind
