CRM 2011 Activityfeeds: script error in Outlook RRS feed

  • In our Dynamics CRM 2011 OnPremise we installed Activityfeeds. Everything works fine now, except when you open the wall or a regarding item in Outlook. In that case, an script error is shown:

    I already tried to switch off the Customer Experience Improvement Program for the Outlook client, but the error is still shown. It only occurs on several machines, so it looks like a machine-specific problem. Who can help?

  • if this is machine specific and Outlook Client related then I would start with ensuring the machine has all the latest Office and OS updates not just the latest security patch but all the latest updates.  You'll also want to ensure there are no other add-ins causing a conflict in Outlook, virus protection is not causing an issue, the machine has sufficient memory, etc.  Basically ensure the machine has been optimized for the Outlook Client.
