  • Hi,

There is no MCPD for Visual Studio 2012. Microsoft made some changes to the certification program earlier this year. For the new program there is a Windows Store app track (you can certify by using C# or HTML5/JavaScript) and a Web applications track. These certifications are live now. You can read more about it here: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/cert-vstudio.aspx

Please let me know if you have other questions.

    Thanks,

    Mike

  • Hi,

Mike has answered most of your question. To answer your second one: They are not announced yet, but I'm very sure that there will be some exams for desktop development (similar to the VS 2010 series).
