for a long time I have read answers to questions that are
very very paltry
!
root cause:
speed shallow reading to try to gain credits
read the post/question carefully and post answers with care
I remember a question I sent Microsoft once (circa 2001) concerning popups.
I got a message from a MS employee "disconnect from the internet to avoid the problem"
This post is being mailed to the MS CEO Balmer.

That needs to start by users that recognize a poor answer when they see one giving a better answer. You haven't done so yet. Ballmer is already busy with something else.
