Visual Studio 2015 Update 2: "Report a problem" is broken; Android SDK fails to download RRS feed

    I have two issues with Visual Studio 2015. First, I installed update 2 but it constantly fails to download the Android SDK. My internet connection is fine, obviously, and everything else works normally. The setup just seems to look at the wrong place and then blames me. The log file is way too long for me to understand.

    Then I wanted to report this issue through the Report a problem feature, but that doesn't allow me to submit anything anymore. I can search and browse, but the button below is always disabled.

    Where can I turn now? This forum doesn't even seem to have a category for Visual Studio itself. Is the product unsupported by Microsoft?
