Seems ComponentOne has one. See if it suits your purpose.
If bandwidth is not considered a problem, you may also choose to create a webservice that produce PDF on remote server using the iTextSharp library.

you used the wrong product. Contact iText customer to suggest a rewrite of their component for Windows Store apps.
What you are asking cannot be done using .Net Framework so your question is off-topic here. You need to go elsewhere to shop for an alternative product.

I'll also add that since NuGet for now won't prevent you to add packages that won't work for App into your App project, it would be helpful to know that when you're looking for packages for App, you should look for those with "modern" or "metro" tag. (Search with "tags:modern" or "tags:metro")

Why don't you just include iTextSharp in source form into your app? It is open-source, so it shouldn't be a problem.
