  • Hi,

    I am working on CRM online 2011 oncloud for UK region. I need to calculate age of my case. For this I am calculating age according to case creation date. Age is calculating properly if case is created after 27 Sep 2013. But it add one extra day for cases, which are created on or before 27 Sep 2013.

    Case creation date is Date only field. In normal case in CRM it save date {DD/MM/YYYYY 00:00} 

    For example if case is raised on 28 Sep 2013 , case raised date will save 28 Sep 2013 00:00 and  case age will 1 . But if case is raised on 27 Sep 2013, case raised date will save 26 Sep 2013 23:00:00 and case age will 2.

    I think this issue is related to date time saving.

    Can you please help me resolve this issue.
