    Hi,

I'm trying to get Live Meeting working from the outside of our firewall. My problem is that even though I can download files from subdirectories to the urls set in the reverse proxy, I cannot connect. Like most others, I get the error

"Live Meeting cannot connect to the meeting.

Wait a few moments, and then try to join the meeting again.

If you still cannot connect, contact your system administrator or technical support."

This is where it seems to fail:

I've also checked the certificate sent from my proxy, and it seems fine...

Could someone please help me with this? I believe the only place I haven't followed the doc is in using Orenosp as a reverse proxy instead of ISA.

    Cheers!

  • BTW...I'm running one OCS std, an edge server, mediation server. It all works perfectly from the outside, apart from the live meeting stuff...

  • I have got exactly the same problem, everything is good on the server, there is no logs.

"Live Meeting cannot connect to the meeting.

Wait a few moments, and try to join the meeting again.

    ..."

    Does somebody resolve it ?

  • If you go into Tools - Open User Accounts, are you able to "Test Connection"?  What happens?

Are you using a valid internal sip user, or an anonymous user to connect to the meeting?

*if you are using a sip user on a machine outside of your domain you may need to insert the Userid and Password to get the Test Connection button to function.  This was one of the problems that I had when installing LM for external meetings.
