None of the Troubleshooters install or run RRS feed

    Fix It Center seems to have stopped working, even after I re-installed it. The last run on some of the programs was April last year. However, they all now say that they are not installed. When I try to install them, the blue download bar fills up but nothing else. After ages I cancel it and it says Could Not Install the Troubleshooter. This is the case for all of them.

       Thank you for your interest in Microsoft Fix it Center (beta).  I'm sorry to hear that. To help you solve your issue, we need find the root cause. To further solve your issue.  May I know some informations about your PC.

        1. What is your OS? [Xp/Vista/Win7/other] [32/64] ?

        2. When you install the troubleshooters, if download field,  have you received any error code or error message? If so, could you please provide to me? 

        3. Could you please provide me your Fix it center install or download event log informations? Please go to Control panel -> Administrative Tools -> Open Event Viewer
