1034559188 Bonus Pack Eligibility Failure RRS feed

  • Question

  • I just purchase a new computer system with Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate and Microsoft Office Small Business 2007. When I pressed the Windows Vista Button, everything went smoothly. However, when I pressed the Microsoft Office Button, it came up with a "Bonus Pack Eligibility Failure." What must I do to correct the situation?

  • Hi RE Kelker,

We are going to need to talk with you about your specific issue, but it would be cumbersome to do so over the Forum.

Would you please go to https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?c1=509&gprid=9860 and create a Support Incident. Afterward, post the Incident Number here in this thread. We will then contact you directly.

    Thank you,
