i am using SCRIBE ( http://www.scribesoft.com/ ) for migrating data from micrsoft dynamic crm3.0 to CRM 2011 online instance

Problem: i am trying to import accounts from 4.0 to CRM2011 by just mapping two fields 'accountid' and 'name' and it is imported successfully first time but if i delete the imported accounts from crm2011 instance and then retry to rerun the import it gives
me SQL generic error!
it seems the guid for accountid field still remains on the cRM2011 even after the deletion of accounts but i have googled on it and found microsoft eliminate the concept of soft deletion in 2011 and it deletes the records permanentally. i have also
checked there is no auditing is on in the oraganization (CRM 2011)
