  • Hi!
    I would like to know how I can see my unread e-mails on CRM!

  • I am afraid that it id not possible to fing unread emails in CRM.

    It can be achieved with some jscript development.

    You can add bit attribute (read) to email entity with default value False. On onload event you can update (webservice update) email setting field to True. You can create email view filtering not read emails.
