Not able to download certificate RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

I have completed below certification :-

TS: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5, Windows Communication Foundation Application Development

But while I am trying to download the certificate it is showing below message

    "

If you do not see your Microsoft Certification Program certificate listed, validate that it is an earned credential.

To request your Microsoft Office 2007 Certification or Microsoft Business Certification certificate, or to view your localized transcript, contact Certiport.

If you have questions, contact your Regional Service Center.

    What to do with this?

    Any reply will be appreciated...

    Thanks,

    Dipankar

  • Hi,

Sir, by the way to better help you which certification exam have you appeared?

Whether this clearance of exam awards you with MCTS or not thats very important so check your certification exam no. on

    http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/mcts.aspx#tab2

Then if you belong to any part of the world, Prometric centre which you chose to appear for exam would have given you a score card of your examination with prometric embossed stamp on it.. get it scanned..

Now to contact the Regional Service Centre, visit

http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/help/service-europe-africa.aspx chose the region you belong to and note its email.

Now when you pass your examination, the prometric centre would have asked you your email address did you provide that correctly?

If yes, when certification exam completes and certificate is online you are dropped an email with access code in your inbox

Just login with your live id if it exists at http://mcp.microsoft.com enter the MCP ID and ACCESS CODE in that email. you are done go to download your certificates and its visible atleast if certificate is not visible go to download transcript or view transcript, your exam with date will be visible there.

If not, contact your regional service centre on email. Provide them with details as your first name, last name, address, email address and a scan copy of your score card at their email address... within 48 to 72 hours they will respond you with further details or your MCP ID and access code that will help you to view your certificates and transcripts.

From your last post you have given your 70-503 exam right?

Before that it is compulsory to give exam 70-536 to earn a MCTS 503 WCF exam certificate but you can surely follow above procedure to see whether it appears in transcript or not.. each exam appears in transcript whether it gives certificate or not...

If you have not recieved your email within 4 days of your exam first contact the prometric centre then if they have sent the data, just contact the Microsoft Regional Service Centre with details I mentioned they will surely help you....

  • There are few certifications for which they dont provide certificate. Is 70-503 one of them ? As per my knowledge they provide.

    Thanks,
