Error when using voice in the Windows 8 Bing Translator

  Error when using voice in the Windows 8 Bing Translator:
  "We can't access the network right now. Tap to continue."
  
  Text is working fine. Voice was working great for a week or so, then stopped on all my devices the few other users I asked are having the same experience as well. Is it a wide spread issue? anyone know a fix?
