    Last week I had to have my computer restored to its factory settings.  In doing so, I lost Office 2012 which was already installed in computer when I bought it.  Therefore I have no certificate etc.  How can I install this product on my HP computer?

    Hello janet rothkopf.

    The Office version installed on your PC was bundled with your HP computer, so you need to contact HP Support and ask for a set of recovery disks that allow you to restore the Office version installed on your PC when you brought it.
