How To Contact Microsoft - my credit card was charged twice for activation RRS feed

  • I have absolutely no idea how to contact Microsoft about a billing problem - namely getting charged twice for activation of my One Care software.

    Murphy's Law seems to follow me everywhere which is beside the point... I would rather have Microsoft take care of the problem than have my credit card have to deal with it.

    Any help would be most sincerely appreciated.
