Change the location where offline files are saved

  We have users with laptops and they have 2 HDD in their laptops.  Our server is SBS 2003 with Exchange 2003.  What we would like to do is make our user files avaialbe offline.  Is it possible to change the offline file location of our user files to our 2nd internal drive on the laptop rather than the C drive. 
  Does anyone know how we can do this please?
