Queues are not showing from crm admin

  Dear MS CRM Experts,

  I have a query. Request you to help on this.
  I am using queues in crm. But user's Queues are not showing from admin.
  As we go to service module and go to queues then select a queue in queue view then user queues are not showing from CRM admin in our Customization Organization.
  wheres as It is showing in Vanila CRM Organization.
