  • Your MGA Diagnostic Report indicates your computer has a "Retail Version" of Windows XP installed with an Invalid Product Key.  Almost all computer manufacturers preinstall Windows XP with an "OEM Version".  Please compare "9MT6X-PGKC8-J4JTM" with the last 15 characters of the Product Key affixed to your computer. If there is no exact match, then someone has apparently installed a retail version of Windows XP without your knowledge or consent. Did your computer originally come with Windows XP Home Edition or Windows XP Professional?

We need to know two things:

    1. Is your computer now running Windows XP Professional?

    2. Is the Product Key affixed to your computer for XP Pro or XP Home Edition?
