I suspect that what you mean by "freeze" is that you enter your payment information and click submit and nothing happens.
Check all of your entered data in the Billing form. It doesn't like punctuation, dashes, apostrophes and similar, but it doesn't tell you that either. So, fill the boxes on the form with only letter and numbers and try again. If that still doesn't help, please contact support.
