  • my new printer has stopped working.
    all troublehoothing has not worked to get it to print.
    now i cannot run windows update, i cannot get into control panel, etc.
    this windows vista computer is not 1 yr old. pc was bought directly on line from hp.
    the error message is 0x80070426
